Client Accounts Linked and Quick Actions Updated

NAV Fund Services LP Accounts now display full investor profiles including NAV account codes (1001–1008_x), investor emails, joint account flags, and live links to the Client Portal. Six client_accounts rows were created and cross-linked to nav_investors via portal_client_id. The Admin Overview Quick Actions grid was expanded with two new external tiles: Client Portal (portal.summr.capital/dashboard) and QuantLink (Summr proprietary trading platform).
