Financials: U18420871 IBKR Live tab wired

The Financials page Summr Capital account (U18420871) now includes an "IBKR Live" tab. It fetches live data from /api/ibkr/account/U18420871 via SWR (60-second refresh) and displays: account hierarchy banner (U18420871 under F18402672 advisor master), full trade history table with BUY/SELL badges and commission breakdown, cash transaction log with type badges (Withdrawal, Dividend, Interest, Fee), and the ingest batch history showing source filename, status, trade/NAV/cash counts. The tab only appears when the Summr Capital account is selected. A new /api/ibkr/account/[accountId] route was also added to serve all IBKR data for any account by ID.
