Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operational functions of the firm, driving efficiency and process improvements across teams. You will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows and ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve operational processes and workflows
- Support project management and cross-functional initiatives
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for operational KPIs
- Coordinate with technology, finance, and compliance teams
- Assist in vendor management and procurement activities
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus
