We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services over the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the terms specified in the individual engagement contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Service Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
